BriefServ, a service of the Mississippi Law Journal, is an online research tool that provides synopses of the decisions of the Mississippi Supreme Court and Mississippi Court of Appeals, months before those opinions appear in regional reporters. Each week, members of the Journal staff brief the cases, and the briefs are added to our database.
Additionally, the BriefServ Weekly Newsletter, a weekly compendium of briefs formerly called the Mississippi Case Briefing Service, is sent to subscribers on the Monday after decisions are rendered. Click here for a sample copy.
To subscribe to BriefServ and the BriefServ Weekly Newsletter, click here or email support@msbriefserv.com. Subscriptions are $95.00 per year, and renewal invoices are sent automatically upon expiration unless subscriber sends notice of termination.
